Play UNI!

About

UNI is a free, open-source, UNO-like online card game for 1 to 16 players. Familiar rules, fast rounds, and a lot of chaos.

Where it came from

UNI started as a university exam. It grew from a course project into a full multiplayer game with custom mechanics, and the name stuck: UNI is short for university.

Why I made it

I went looking for a UNO-like card game to play online and found the same thing everywhere: intrusive ads, pop-ups, full-screen interruptions. I wanted something fast and pleasant, so I built it.

No ads

UNI has no ads, and the game is free without paywalls. I want it to feel like Skribbl: a small, well-made game people enjoy, not a cluttered page.

Open source

The source code and original assets are in the public domain (CC0). Take the project apart, learn from it, build your own thing.

Some third-party resources are not mine. That list will change as the game approaches a stable release.
