• CHANGELOG.md becomes the canonical history, with a release step to match.

Changed

• Every screen and component moves to Tailwind CSS with a responsive pass across auth, lobby, game, and stats.
• The splash logo matches the app hero, and source comments follow one house style.

Fixed

• The bot winner avatar uses the correct file extension.
