The playuni.app domain and steadier lobbies

• A global chat dock mockup appears on every screen outside a match.

Changed

• The canonical domain moves to playuni.app, with the old address redirecting.
• Production deploys now ship only from release tags, so main can hold unreleased work.

Fixed

• Browsing lobbies no longer crashes after leaving one, and the list refreshes as lobbies fill.
• A failed connection reads as a real message instead of a raw browser event.
